Hello Mason.I am looking to invest in the Knoxville area in the near future and would be interested in any recommendations you may have. 

The layout also has the possibility to convert to a duplex in the future.

Ideas for some of the paragraphs: - Future Setting: where you live, what you see from your front porch or backyard, what your kitchen/gym look like. - Family: Kids? 

Will you also be using it for yourself, future appreciation, etc?  

I was going to add, as posted above, it's a great rate and stick with that local credit union for the future business. 

Local market trends: Could you share any insights into current rental market conditions and future growth projections for these areas?
