I will offer to help them any reasonable way I can like helping with their kids fundraising events,attending and sponsoring their charity event and sports teams,and just be apart of their lives to stay at the top of their minds when someone they know needs a Realtor to handle their real estate needs.

Also think it  will be kept or just renamed as all Congress members have likely used it and most of their Fund raising would be hurt it its eliminated. 

The days you are not busy doing real estate stuff you should plan on being at a kids ball game, a pancake breakfast at the local Lions club, a school play that you donated $50 for, getting your car washed at a local fundraiser by the soccer team, volunteering at a local chicken BBQ, taking your dog to agility classes and meeting people etc etc.

I have a friend who did a few smaller syndications, and just recently he completed fundraising on a 100,000 s.f. storage complex. 

I have even found a partner to fund some of the projects and help me lay down some groundwork, but if that falls through I have some creative fundraising ideas.

Some primary areas I'm interested in:-Thoughts on Section 8 multi-family-Investors interested in areas surrounding Mercedes-Benz dome (English Avenue, Vine City...AKA The Bluff)-Target financials-New constructions vs. fix up vs. as-is-Syndications/fundraising/private money/loans/etc.

My wife works in fundraising and I hold an engineering job across the river in New Albany Indiana.
