Like many of you, I started by reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and from there, I dove into Brandon Turner’s book on real estate investing.I’m incredibly excited to embark on this new adventure and can’t wait to see where it leads.

I realized I needed to learn more about money, so I read Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Coffee shops, fast food, subscriptions, even consider what groceries you buy. 

Wait for her to bring it up.Don’t focus only on sacrifices and future payoffs.Highlight near-term benefits, not just “someday we’ll be rich.”Don’t force or bribe her to attend meetups.Invite her but dont push itDon’t try to teach them to analyze deals.Focus on what excites themFYI I had to deploy before my wife got on board.

The best defense against rats entering your property is to seal off all entry points (holes, cracks in walls), remove food sources (dirty dishes, food left in trash cans), and water sources (like leaks). 

Plus, I get to experience all kind of great people, food and culture in the meanwhile. 

It’s a get rich slow game, but if you can be patient and give yourself 5-10 years investing in RE, you’ll be set.
