Between lost (or forgotten) coin and government buying, I'd say the total float is too low to ever make BC a widespread 'currency'.

There are syndication/crowdfunding funds currently being launched now which intend to take over deals from syndicators/operators (where those same owners would otherwise have to turn the keys over to the bank).Generally the ones in trouble are those that structured too aggressively (high debt, floating rate, etc).

Even when wholesalers “kinda’ admit to the seller that they are going to “wholesale” the property, they still tend to mislead the seller by talking about “financing partners”, “equity positions”, “mentors” “membership” etc.So, various states have, under the banner of consumer protection, enacted legislation to restrict the use of the “wholesale” transaction in RESIDENTIAL OWNER OCCUPIED real estate - note, not commercial property and not residential when the transaction is between 2 investors. 

Ok, maybe this is still too technical for many so i will simplify: To get "passive" 17% on wall street means betting on a team of people who juggle chainsaws while unicycling on a tight-rope strung between two trotting elephants, while humming star spangled banner on a kazoo.

i am a reo broker here in south florida and work with many current asset managers and several banks. we sell many reo properties. some of those lists floating around out there are dead end streets as so many bomb bard the asset managers with requests they dont even reply 1

We basically just offered what we have on site plus the pond/floating dock/scenery.  

She's probably using one floating around the office, one you provided, or one she bought from an attorney that's full of legal jargon and missing important clauses.
