I didn't buy it as a deal.This time, I speak a new language—fledgling or not—and I want to do better by myself.

Have a couple rentals and completed 1 wholesale deal, so definitely still in the fledgling stages.

Hi Paige and Jon, Full disclosure, I will admit that I am still a fledgling when it comes to leveraging technology to monitor deal funnel and track progress. 

That should get them to appear for google (how I found the two fledgling groups that I've seen in the Richmond area).
