From an investment standpoint, the town of Telluride has put in a concerted effort to make it both a summer and winter destination with 2 world renowned film festivals in addition to bluegrass, jazz, blues and brews, wine and car lovers festivals filling up the summer calendar.

The city's appeal is the continuous flood of new restaurants opening, the music scene, a festival or 5 every weekend, easy access to beautiful city parks and walking trails and paths, an easy airport to connect quickly, and that ole southern hospitality.

Thought I would share our success so far and some before/after pictures.We purchased our house in an up and coming Clearwater, FL neighborhood that is very close to the Pinellas trail (a great biking/walking trail that runs the length of our county and is a huge feature in our parts) and just 2 miles from booming downtown Dunedin, FL with tons of great restaurants, breweries, shops, and festivals
