This is the same as taking diet advice from someone 200 pounds overweight, it just doesn't make sense.It can be uncomfortable for people to see you succeed because it forces them to deal with their own inadequacies and failures.

IMO people who pop $10K and up for this kind of stuff are what car salesmen call "lay downs".Anyone who has fallen for the whole "juice" and wheatgrass fad is probably LEASING a NEW Lexus or Mercedes.

The condo conversion fad is over and in many areas there is an excess supply of condos.BTW, buying 30 units at $100K per door and selling for $200K per door does not give you $3 million "net".

You know, when I'm on a diet and keep getting junk mail coupons from Dominos pizza, I feel harassed as well... :-)Seriously though, I would consult an attorney, and verify what we all suspect (that you aren't breaking any laws unless you keep mailing after a homeowner requests that you stop).

@Marvin Spears,You are on a site that will prove far more valuable to you than any guru you can find, anywhere, at any price.The whole guru, coach and the latest fad, information marketer 'scamdustry' just makes my skin crawl.If they were as good as they claimed, they couldn't afford the cut in pay to become a guru or a coach or an information marketer.
