The more rehabs you do the better understanding you will have of the market for contacting work and materials.Doing a rehab every so often prevents you from being sharp with your budget.For those with limited exposure, ask others in the industry and always run your numbers based on being overbudget and overtime. 

Companies like State Farm, Allstate, or Chubb often come up in conversations, but comparing quotes with independent brokers might give you the best value.Since you're in a general partnership, it”s critical to clearly define liability exposure.

And, mitigates your exposure if things don't go very well.  

I do know coaching/mentoring/selling programs can be good money, especially if a person knows how to market themselves or has a bit of prior exposure.

The real earning potential though is from the exposure of the videos.

Otherwise the risk exposure to Cap-X grows exponentially.
