It's way more flexible than other other tools, cause you can explain in plaintext what's your strategy, and it will fill in pretty accurate estimates.

Hey Jaycee thanks for the response.So far I've seen land at a minimum 130k, national databases estimated build costs to be anywhere from $120-200/sq ft & had a realtor supply comps for the building to be around 530-550k when finished.

I'd estimate that I currently have about $300k in equity on my home, and am seriously considering borrowing some of it to invest in real estate, however I have no idea what the best options would be (syndicating, rentals, flips, lending, etc).
