I believe the point of contention with many who were on the OP's case in the older thread was his unwillingness to disclose his role in the promoted projects in his BiggerPockets profile.

I believe coaching does work, but I also believe that 90% of the coaches are better at marketing / self promotion than they are at doing deals. 

You can also promote it on STR outlets (or your agent should).

I do not know how they are handling new customers verse the Midland existing customers.Regarding the customer service it seems the people I dealt with are still employed and only my "personal rep" as it were, was promoted and another took her place.

I'd offer to pay more in commission than what you think is the "going rate" (not your exact words but what you are wondering) on my first deal or two with agents so that they are enticed to work with you.2.

Aside from this forum and the events promoted here, where else would you recommend looking to find connections or events with experienced flippers in Chicago? 

They are a national organization that promotes all kinds of creative real estate deals. 

I've read a lot of bad information on how some gurus are promoting techniques that are flawed at best, fraud at worst.

Fund of fund raisers need to do a much better job including descriptions of both double promotes and possible implications for LPs investing through a fund of fund vs directly.
