I also got great value from a very expensive course on how to properly buy & manage residential real estate.Regardless of cost, the ones that offered low value were the ones where the founder wanted to sell education as their main business. 

There were a few other good and bad items.Believe the COO is on BP although he doesn’t frequent.  

All good reading and listening, education is best and if you want to learn you have to ingest as much information as possible.I read many books that helped me, but my go-to is listeining to at least 2hrs of podcast with real examples per day.One very important things that "want-to-be" fails is to understand that real estate has many different specialities, so you have to focus your time in your real project.

.), and you’ll have to do some continuing education for licensing compliance, then you might have some technology costs and some other costs I’m forgetting, of course vehicle maintenance and insurance and those types of things.

They change jobs more frequently so renting a room works better for their lifestyles. 

Find out what they offer as far as education and support, what their fees/splits are and what their expectations might be.Remember, you will need a certain amount of continuing education hours, and you will want a Brokerage that has the support you need to help you through your contracts and answer questions.

Still green, but thinking a good niche would be housing close to universities and colleges.My long-term goals in Real Estate are to eventually get in to commercial properties such as apartment complexes and office buildings.For the past two years I have been educating myself on Real Estate investment.

If the foundation is good, the roof is good, the floors are good, the layout is good, you are probably saving at least $100k right there in labor/materials.The other thing that frequents adds a lot of cost is when the unknown occurs.

i don't know how you BRRRR out of state unless you're planning on traveling there frequently to oversee it.
