About 7 months ago that I sold my equity in an e-commerce business I built from the ground up out of Lansing, Michigan.

I came from an IT background but have been doing marketing and ecommerce for the past 2 years. 

I have messed around with a few online business models but just couldn't find any sort of enjoyment out of them(Ecommerce, affiliate marketing, blogging) I began reading about business about 9 months ago when I got out of a toxic 2.5-year relationship.

Larger Industrial property is a fairly hot area right now due to the e-commerce boom so you might find a bank that's interested. 

they're a few e-commerce companies but most have a limited selection that are not wholesale enough to sell on ebay to begin with.

The debits and credits are still the same, but the software that processes it changes, as well as everything that interacts with it -- ecommerce, shipping, EDI, financial reporting, CRM, etc.

So I am self employed with an internet eCommerce business - I averaged around 15K a month profit in 2011 and 2012 looking much stronger - I am very fortunate.
