We'll use a friend's home/address as ours in NV because we are buying a motorhome and taking off to: put a sales team for our startup in every major city in the USA... grow our account base (with Fortune 500 companies) and continue to do RE projects in the hot areas of the country.

So, I need a contract, I assume I will do a title search, have the land surveyed, hire a lawyer (I have one through work that will do RE stuff) to deal with title transfer and filing or is that someone else?  

Now that vast majority do rely on Rul 506b as an exemption and that prohibits advertising so a good way to get around that is to have a pre-exisitng relationship.  

The hope is they can quite their job and do RE full time.

And if they do re-sign, you are still giving them rent well below market rates.

@Lawrence RobinsonYou are correct, investors do rely on wholesalers to bring them deals BUT those deals should be off market.

Would like to do re investing full time by the time I am 35 or 40.
