Since I am not a lawyer and don't have any legal training and am not attempting to dispense legal advise, I would defer to legal expertise beyond this point.

Financing a property isn't just a matter of clicking the button to dispense money.

We have dog bag dispensers at each property and they tend to work well enough. 

The sink doesn’t have a garbage dispenser.

The government touts the amount of money available, yet has dispensed, from what I have seen less than 5-10% of it, which is about as ridiculous as the government itself.

Most HML's dispense rehab funds in draws so you would pay upfront and get reimbursed.

I just got a call back that they are going before the school board to ask for special dispensation to take seniors on a trip after graduation.  

My tenants come to me saying "I see that you gave unit B a brand new refrigerator with a water dispenser, I would like one of those too" so I know they are friendly with each other. 

That's the best your can do as your current title company will be out of service for weeks anyway.Good luck.I rarely go to a closing. but did do one in Vegas at OS national it was a hedge fund buyer I was the seller.. and they had a pureal dispenser on the wall outside the conference room  Pens in plastic that were new ( I kept mine )  but I was the last in office signing they are all now home. 

But, then it dispenses some of the revenue to somebody else per the agreement.
