This place has scam written all over it.

Unless it can be established that they are scamming enormous sums, the police, FBI, attorney’s general, and the like, have bigger fish to fry and won’t lift a finger.

It's always a scam.

Bottom line....sounds like a scam. 

I paid for a lifetime membership and then still got charged.  So I disputed the additional charge.  Low and behold they just shut down my membership.  Doesn't seem like that's how it should work.  If anything explain ...

I definitely thought it was a scam but it was legit and easily one of my most profitable 1 night stays away from a pure revenue stand point.

It might because they don't want any random person just setup a property management software to make it look legit and using it to scam people (tenants)
