By the time he was 16, he had a half dozen part time employees and ads in paper to do various handyman stuff including hanging Christmas decorations, assembling ikea furniture, gardening, painting, building fences, etC.Then came the demon child.  

I think the bookshelf looks better and people will put more than books on it too if they don't have any so it will get decorated. 

I'd buy an AIR BNB STR at 10% down ( second home loan ) 600k Purchase Price and 20k for reno or decor changes. 

I looked in thrift stores and on FB Marketplace for my house, but found poor selection, and none of it fit in with the decor I was going for.

If your PM is handling the furnishings/decor, then I would not worry too much about the placement.

Those are going to be my biggest questions when looking for something like this on or off the market.Thank you for the input. previous business owner and building owner has been practicing for a while and built this office for medical office ( receptionist and exam rooms ) with nice decorations.

People like to get going so a couple of shots in 2 minutes is awesome.It is available in stainless and black/stainless so it should fit in any decor.

As for furnishings, I like to see at least a slight difference in the decor otherwise when you put up both listings it can be confusing to travelers because they think they're looking at two separate listings for the same unit.

I've heard of floor and decor, but haven't had the chance to check them out.
