Everybody is different, but the climate is tougher now as carriers begin to cull customers to eliminate unprofitable ones.  

They don’t believe in good customer service.

Yes we avoid custom work to help keep cost down. 

They want someone who is going to treat their employees and their customers well.

They sound very knowledgeable and I am interested in jumping into the customized course they offer. 

The Automations are very good and you can customize mass follow-ups 2.

We only disagree on what is basically a customer service issue.
