We want to get a Vacation Rental Permit for stays under 30 days for ADU but current zoning doesn't allow it.

Currently just waiting it out and hoping for the best to start the year so I can move on and dive into better opportunities. 

A little about me for context: I live in a very expensive market in Rye,NY. 

However, it's a deal in a different state and during the Facetime showing, I could tell the tenants were gross and makes me think they don't care about taking care of the place or their living conditions.

Also I do plan to live in Las Cruces after college.
