I listed my first property 2 weeks ago at 1750 (a little wishful thinking) and heard crickets.

If someone disagrees and wanted to offer you a different answer/one you like why hasn't a single person come forward....crickets.

Just crickets...:) Currently, I am looking towards buy and hold.

When there's a tenant turnover, I'll attempt a 7.5% or even a 10% increase, and see how the market responds (if I get crickets, I'll lower the price).Even with those increases, my rents should remain at, or below market rates (because I'm currently well below market).

The range of complaints is that the threshold below the door is just open enough that an errant cricket or small bug gets into the house.

I have the reciept in my email, filled out the necessary requested information prior to....then CRICKETS!!

Five pages of talk-talk-talk and absolute crickets for a classic small operator getting started in single-family and small multifamily.

Crickets all day on the 7th. 

After that, its been crickets.
