What would be considered the easiest program for small hard money lenders to use to track loans and history and sending out 1098 's? Im a small lender.

It may prove they lend but that's about all this list confirms. 

You just need confirmation from your broker the amount you would receive from the commission (if they take a cut), if you're your own broker you can authorize that yourself. 

One workaround could be keeping a separate spreadsheet to track your adjusted tax basis accurately and only using Stessa for operational insights.You could also reach out to a cpa and see if they have a specific recommendation for software to use.  

Hello All,What app/Managment software have you found success with for taking applications and managing tenants?

I would find out who the manufacturer is and send it to them and confirm they will provide a warranty on this.

The sale evidently resulted in Quest’s owners getting zippo (hearsay, working to confirm that). 

@Tyler Koller, we use QBO for all of our Clients but I don't recommend it as a PM software (since it's not that).

Never used software.
