I have a few areas in mind for you but a price range would help as well!

It is part of the Colorado front range.

Investing in  2-4 unit properties within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex would be ideal but I am also interested in other potential deals, that fall within the 2-4 unit range.

I'm strictly looking for properties in the 100K range or less and can put down up to 30%, however I can’t find anyone to lend me less than 100K.
