Another concern is that there is no language here that would limit the number of pets that would be allowed - it seems to be written to suggest it is talking about a single companion but it doesn't explicitly say that so it seems unwise to assume. 

No children, just a 4 legged companion.  

My consideration is to use a BRRRR model to purchase a SFR, then build an ADU/Companion Unit on the property. 

The home would be perfect for multigenerational family type scenario with the tiny house providing housing for an elderly family member or adult child of Babyboomer or a Home health aide like a companion or nanny. 

Companion animals make people happy and I want my tenants to be happy. 

I have three that I use:- BoA AAA card that gives 5% cash back on gas (got that one back in 2005, so may not be available now)- AMEX Delta Skymiles Platinum that gives one free domestic companion ticket each year, 1 mile/dollar for everything and bonuses for travel spending, and 10,000 MQM gift after you charge $25,000/year.

I looking for an Android App for my S3 to track Mileage, Hours and Incidental Expenses.Mileage most important then Hours.Tried Time Tracker today for hours only.One board said it could do Mileage but I couldn't see how.There a companion App but Google crashed and the app stopped, imagine that. 

But, I bet you could meet a really good, really smart one, and probably get some free advice and a companion that helps you make money.

But consider this probably unanswerable companion question, how many people didn't get sued because they had an entity.
