Are you doing the management and cleaning?

I walked to the house and met a man who says he was cleaning out due to the loss of their mother in some few weeks back.The guy told me she is  left with 12 years mortgage on the property to pay the bank.

That someone is going to deliver to you, on a silver platter, a property purchase you can simply say "yeah, sure, I'll take that" where you do some paint, carpet, little cleaning and tidying and turn around and clear a $100k? 

It's a clean break, avoids eviction headaches, and saves you from further stress and potential issues.

We needed a dedicated person working full time to handle the necessary duties - she chose to do the cleaning because she wanted the extra cash.

Unfortunately I don't have much equity in my home to do a HELOC there.Does anyone have a possible lending solution?

Getting a pro account at HD or Lowes might be a solution.
