I would pull comps myself manually.I am not sure any software exists that can tell you if the property is next to a loud bar, or a cemetery or right behind a busy highway, and then adjust the comps accordingly.We use REI pro, but we always do a manual check on the ARV.We check trulia and zillow for the recently sold price.
