I have great clientele with repeat customers and wonderful word of mouth which keeps me busy enough to fill my summers and time off during the school year. 

My wife and I thought we had an easy opportunity for a double (baseball analogy) with a flip home in Lakeland, TN we were able to get well below market this past summer.

The bottom line is that my wife and I are thinking we're going to put the baby into daycare toward the end of the summer.
