There is no magic bullet, just action.

I would bite the bullet get something signed by the tenant in court get this tenant out and move on with life.

I think if the industry as a whole was a little more honest with it self and with market participants you might not have as many waiting for something that is not likely to happen in the short term. if you need a house, you need a house. but, if you think something will change in 6 months you might be able to hold on, but if it likely will not change in the near term you might just bite the bullet and buy. 

Sometimes the opportunities are bug-out packs and water filtration devices and bullets.

Not every turnkey is in a BPV (Bullet Proof Vest) Zone.  

Many times I tell my friends to just keep the debt, bite the bullet, and pay it off. 

Present the pertinent property details efficiently (bullet points, not paragraphs), highlight amenities (in-suite washer and dryer or reserved parking), and include your company name ("professionally managed by...").

There is no "silver bullet" to solve financial problems - no one ever said there was.... and no, it's not a scam - it's a proven method and it works.

Now, you're going to pay for that in much higher rates that you'll get in FHA or even Conventional loans, but if you're willing to bite the bullet on that to get started, then it's a great tool to use.

If you want to get rid of it, you need to bite the bullet and take less than you thought you were going to get.
