I have been reading books about it, listening to podcasts etc.

I looked at their booking calendar one time and thought it was pretty empty.I guess you don't know until you try...and probably depends on if you want high occupancy or high rate?

i purchased  a couple books with audio books. how do i access the audio books.

I'm reaching out to BP to get good in depth answers about how powerful the loan truly is as I have tried to find podcasts/books and can't find any good ones.

I still do my own book keeping and if you only have one rental I would think it should be easy to manage.

If you got those under your belt (which I do fortunately), blue ocean out there esp in the suburb.  

I get 2 or 3 bookings in a whole year from them.Given my high prices I am happing with the simplicity of getting the bookings from VRBO I do advertising other places such as local FB groups for Lake houses.Ultimately VRBO is king for me. 

(I'm currently reading David Green's Long-Distance Real Estate Investing book.)  

I'd recommend starting with books $10-$20 gets you 90% of the info you need.
