Elon said they were a unique and revolutionary new product and announced that they were ready to be produced en masse to a delighted audience of investors and shareholders. 

Targeting that small an audience will not be easy.  

Since your building, I'd go a little bigger and make it at least a 3 bedroom 2 bath so that it appeals to a wider audience. 

It's a way for them to maintain control over their material and keep their audience intimate. 

Part of lead flow on BP I suspect also has to do with the market you serve and the BP audience.

It's by a company called Stonefeather Marketing and automates audience building on FB.

Its a fine line here on BP a ton of the audience/members are in the business and the BP members are their target potential clients.

with millions of hosts, if you are in a bigger market, there is only a few spots that can be on the first page. 99.99% of hosts will not be on the first page. so making sure you have the most exposure to the most possible guests is the aim. just like a company making a tv commercial to be exposed to the largest audience possible.sorry, i dont think your post is controversial, its just wrong. 

It's about targeting the right audience at the most affordable cost.
