I think initially it makes sense to find properties that already have finished basements, in-law suites, etc. as converting those spaces to ADUs will be inexpensive and create a significant amount of rental income ($2,000/month+ in most areas close to the city).

While I don’t regret anything in my life if I was to go back in time I would finish the real estate degree and go into something real estate when I graduated at 22 instead of doing it half-as**ed for years.

Hey you guys, I just recently finished Sheetrocking and taping my current BRRRR and now I need some suggestions on what paint and cabinets I should use.

I say "may" because while I have read about this in several places, I have not personally verified this to be true.I usually pay contractors by check the minute the work is finished and approved.  

He offers really good service, great cost effectiveness, and currently finished one in just around 3 months. 

I have not finished a book yet, so this may be somewhat jumping the gun.

If this isn't required, then most likely having the GC sign a completion guarantee to ensure the project gets finished and lender is not stuck with a partially complete asset is the case.
