Based on personal experience, I would add assuring the lender is specifically authorized to perform an on-sight property inspection, at the lender's discretion / convenience. 

This is after he gave us assurances that the loan would close.

But SEC lawyers assured me that it's all negotiable.

They just target the weak, but I assure this situation has made me strong to analyze the real education from the fake.

I can assure you that there can be instances where you can set up note transactions that will smoke your calculator.

Congrats you just made discovery a more drawn out process than necessary and your insurance carrier's legal bills have gone up which I can assure you will impact your next year's premium.
