If these  "guru's" are so good at wholesaling, why do they spend so much time and effort selling their programs?

There are a lot of inconsistent contractors, so really spend some time vetting them. 

Do you feel like it has enhanced the productivity of your assistants to a magnitude that's worth the cost?
