So I disagree with your assertion that pre-existing lienholders (e.g., the owner of a tax lien from 2014 in your example of a 2017 tax sale) can sell the property on the courthouse steps after a tax deed has been sold.I am not a lawyer, and this is not advice.

The math works a lot better in median priced neighborhoods, but that of course  conflicts with the cash flow centric approach.Understood.But actualy the point that I want to assert is that the valuation of Milwaukee is supported by people income.In 53208/53209, Median income there is 100k.

To each their own—but all trades say, “good work ain’t cheap and cheap work ain’t good “ however unscrupulous contractors that take advantage of people are a major thing. if we wont acknowledge that, contractors are just looking out for themselves and their individual business model. you also can’t assert that quotes can’t be automated and also assert that there’s no variance in pricing  lolRant over !
