Airlines showing signs of weakness which translates into weakness for hotels as well.Refinancing will likely be an issue as loans come due.So just like multifamily and office there will be fallout. 

We are at about 65 doors currently and we are partnered with Marriott, Jetblue and Allegiant Airlines, and about 10 others on top of Airbnb/VRBO. 

Or, once all rentals are completely corporate, congress will be lobbied to undo it, like Airline deregulation. 

@Shivani KumarYou would need to operate on a very large scale, or have access to a TON of airline miles to make it worthwhile flying to inspect properties you are interested in.

So you will not find 1 bit of intelligent meaning, or actionable anything, saying in a vacuum "agent's in this country charge ___, agent's in that country charge ___".

If the property is big enough you could add vacuum stations.

There are obviously a lot more factors that go into it - real estate is always going to be a mix of the tangible property/market itself with a mix with the investor/operator including experience, risk appetite, financial situation etc.I would say however if you are just getting started in real estate - LTRs are probably (in a vacuum) the better bet as STRs are certainly more sophisticated and challenging from an investor perspective

So I literally power washed the carpets along with a wet or dry vacuum to get the mud out and re-rented the house.
