Thank you for your feedback, in Arizona specifically, as an out of state investor (I'm in California) it is the state law that they need someone living physically in Arizona to represent you with your legal affairs. 

I “wish” our company was such a conglomerate for a class action lawsuit and if God forbid it ever did get to such a sad state of affairs, I stand behind my actions and if I wronged anyone, I’m happy to stay and pay my price.

I guess discerning who we JV with to get a deal done would be super important... and isn't it always the case that we have to be cautiously optimistic in all business affairs?
