I have recently started writing down addresses of run down or abandoned properties that I would like to purchase, but I only have the owner's name.

My concern is all the LTO where in place before 2020.

If the house has a septic system, especially if it's an older one, it's worth the investment to have a septic inspection done.This concern is particularly relevant for those planning to buy and hold the property rather than simply fix and sell it.

Any information you are willing to share about past projects from addresses, scope of work, estimates, line item breakdowns, materials costs etc.  

My only concern is I believe most ADUs all tie into the same utilities and would be 1 bill.

Should they be concern?
