I can't give enough accolades to Jason owner of Ace Electric in Las Vegas.

Thank you James, Ritch, Marc and Khaled I sincerely appreciate your accolades/comments and hope this post motivates others to try this strategy and im sure it wont be as difficult as my transaction.

But, she is just a really good agent, at least for me (although her awards and accolades does speak to her overal performance).Talk to a bunch and find one that you are, or at least feel, comfortable with. 

And with that it then becomes a question of to what degree something is speculative. yes, value-add plays are totally speculation based which is a reason those operators doing great at such deserve all the accolades and kudos because there doing one hell of a hard thing, takes exceptional talent to do such. 

Other accolades to consider:-CCIM-ULI certifications-CFA-CAIA-CPAHonestly none of this will replace experience though.  

(Best accolade for Roofstock is their good for long distance/ out of town investors, but to close to break even cash flow overall.)

It is not a way to make friends or win accolades. 

If someone stands to gain accolades or prestige from action you may take based on their advice, it is likely that the person offering the advice believes it to be true.

Look for their market presence, success stories of their agents, and any accolades they may have received.But remember, your success all boils down to the effort you put in.
