I am from Auckland, New Zealand (an expensive market), but the numbers here seem to be WAY off. 

It may be slowed down but will not be stopped simply by the weather, there are cases now in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa which being in the southern hemisphere are experiencing the warmer seasonal weather.
