Kia Ora whanau!

My names Harrison and thought I’d introduce myself to the bigger pockets community. I currently reside in Tauranga NZ and have recently purchased my first property in Whakatane, New Zealand . I work full time as an electrical fitter , and my goal is to build my property portfolio over time and generate enough cashflow to match my income .

I’m hoping though bigger pockets at expanding my knowledge and creating a good network and solid relationships.

Also would love to know more information about the NZ property markets I’ve been reading the bp books and listening to podcasts and although they do provide really good information and I enjoy listening to them , I feel a lot of the information doesn’t apply to The NZ property market?

Cheers

Nga mihi
