This lack of registration can create complications for both lenders and title companies, as they may view the structure as less transparent or reliable.Texas has recently made changes to its series LLC laws to allow for cell registration, which is a step forward in addressing these concerns.

I wrote few materials too in those areas before you might find in BP.

It's important to have the advice and perspective of an industry old-timer, in my opinion.The sponsor and specific deal she highly recommended to me back in 2017 should have never passed any due diligence check both from a sponsor point of view and deal point of view.

This will obviously take more effort on your part but in the long run, the exercise will be a valuable lesson for future calculations.

I usually try to give benefit of doubt but I read one too many negative reviews, some are years old now and SH's did reply to their credit but still bad vibes remain I'll leave it at that.

This is too high to justify the ARV of 350K.
