Many of the level 1 trauma centers will likely have a need for travel nurses, but the need for travel healthcare professionals in hospitals changes based on many factors: temporary shortage of staff in a particular unit, budget, patient census, conversion to per diem instead of travel contracts, etc.

We do get people coming through for ETSU and Milligan graduations, temporary stays for the VA, and some tourism in the summer and fall but you're not going to stay heavily booked.

I took into account a likely cheaper labor rate but will say when we owned units in gulf shores that i was not encountering that low of a labor rate.
