I'm not sure if its taboo here on BP, but have you thought of AirBNB or VRBO?

It's my honest opinion that "Bob" Kiyosaki is nothing but a clown in the financial porn circus. 

I was always raised talking about such things was "taboo" and it's just a breath of fresh air to see so many people willing to help others.

Even though its taboo to many, having a little bit of Initial negative cashflow here in San Diego is not the end of the world...especially with low money down

I have looked at investing in other states and in some cities people only want to live in single family houses and 3-4 unit houses are harder to find, they are almost taboo. 

Filming porn, massage parlors with happy endings, etc.

Manly men, as opposed to girly men).Kegorator, electronic darts, poker table w/cards & chips, BluRay player and a collection of porn, Roku or smart hdtv, gas grill & charcoal grill, suit of armor, life size stand up picture of Marilyn Monroe, .22 cal pellet gun with pellets and pigeon/starling/squirrel bait and a critter count score board, horse shoe pit, firepit with several tons of firewood, that's all I can think of right off the top of my head.

While a slap on the wrist for a much greater reward is sometimes needed, it comes with a grain of salt for its taboo nature.

Not to mention that tattoos aren't as taboo anymore.
