My husband and I just purchased residential property in Shreveport, Louisiana; Caddo Parish. 

Hey guys, not sure if any of you are from around the Shreveport Louisiana area or not.

I am an investor in apartment complexes and currently own properties in phoenix, az. market is not really growing at the moment and am looking for a better market for my next apartment complex. looking for something around 100-150 units. i've been thinking of either shreveport lousiana, brownsville, texas or maybe even tyler, texas. anyone have any suggestions?
