I just reread this post and the part about focusing on leads where they have no other options completely changed how I think about prospecting...I've been focusing on the new foreclosures because I have so much value to give...but, better to talk to the people who can use my value the most today!

It's my first experience :)I don't recall specifics of how long things last but will now re-read it again.

Oh, and just skim read all the chapters, you'll literally learn more just by knowing all the answers...I never really thought about it that way as far as  reading/ re-reading the correct answers vs. just reading everything. 

Anyone contemplating note investing should read this book, and reread it until they thoroughly understand it.
