I lost everything in 2008 during the recession.  13 homes all in the suburbs including my personal home in Royal Oak. 

I have just purchased a single-family home in Royal Oak, MI, where you can tell she needs a bit of TLC when you take a look at her curb appeal.

Many of them are going to get royally screwed..

@Royal Simpson I'd like to point out there are two different steps to the process.

In between you can drive around and see what the difference is between Kansas City Kansas (not the city you think about - this is where Nascar is) and Kansas City Missouri (The city you think of when you think of Kansas City - Home of the Chiefs and the Royals), all the suburbs around both and then check out Johnson County and Overland Park on the Kansas Side. 

I kept in touch with the neighbor, subtly letting them know this company was dropping the ball royally while being careful to avoid our code of ethics sign-crossing rules.

You will not do as well with a STR in Royal City as you would in Leavenworth or Lake Chelan.
