Let’s just say that the stock market have seen better days.I have some free time in my hands, I know how to take assets, add value and turn them into recurring revenue using creativity and technology, now I’m going to do the same with REI in San Antonio, TX.I love to travel, meet new people, I speak Spanish, English (ESL), some Portuguese (Portuñol) and I’m learning Mandarin.

Beside that, Portuguese banks are strict with rules that clearly don’t fit for investors.Right now, I have on my lap a duplex for 180.000€, and that can be rented monthly for 1.600€ (800€ for each unit).

I can speak English, Portuguese and do well in Spanish.I am looking forward start and potentially be the contractor everybody is looking for.I would humbly appreciate any advice and learning opportunity.

If you are mobile within Europe you may want to research Portugal's program where your non Portuguese sourced income is not taxed there.

79% speak English, 7.5% Spanish, 3% Portuguese and then a bunch of languages with 1.5% or less.

I suspect you'll want to get a jump on studying Portuguese.
