how to become a real estate without experience in Massachussets

Hello everyone, I'm looking for the next step in my life and I think about taking training classes to become a real estate agent. I have always being interested in that field but I just wanted to flip houses. Recently I started doing my own Recherche in that field. I will like to know if someone can recommend a good program and a sponsoring because I have learn that a sponsor might be necessary to get my feet in the door. I am open minded any information can help. At the same time i'm thinking about taking some Spanish classes because I know that most of the people here in MA are Spanish. feel free to give me some tips or idea. Annie.
