Jan-Mar Gas is $125 per unit Apr-Sept Gas is $75 per unit  Oct - Dec $125. 

I still stick by the best buys will be Nov to Mar but if consumer confidence continues to erode at this rapidly increasing pace with one candidate wins, then there will be less ROI. 

Our most recent Audit ran from Mar-May this year & required weekly 2-3hr phone calls.

Any what near by towns have comparable appreciation potential to Orange City (Sioux Center, Le Mars, Alton). 

We've made our first connection, for insurance, and plan on attending REI meets in the NoVA area and will invest in RVA. 

I live in NoVa and hoping to expand to this area but ineed to be more educated and aggressive. 

I personally know a former student that has closed 2 deals a got paydays in the mid-six-figures each, and another one that is about the get a big payday in Jan-Mar, also mid-six-figures.I've met Cody and Scott the CEO here in Dallas, they have a HUGE knowledge of land and land deals and how to take until entitlements.
