Have a couple of small rental properties in Montgomery County where I grew up. I live in NoVa and hoping to expand to this area but ineed to be more educated and aggressive.  Not married to NoVa but just a thought, I want to get tapped in a local network (DMV) for mentorship and h]guidance.
