I am confident that “Drill Baby Drill” (aka reducing the price of oil, aka reducing everything that is transported) will directly impact the cost of goods thus increasing tenants and buyers purchasing power.

We completed the work 2 weeks before our baby was born so we took a 4 week hiatus to rest and have the baby.Then I dove into the design, planning, and permitting for the basement.I visited the local Permit office in Alexandria and basically said, "Hi, I'm a new homeowner and I'm an idiot when it comes to permitting.

I live for the views baby!

They built a pole barn structure, air conditioned it, strung up some lights and trendy decor and host baby showers or weddings almost every weekend. 

Like I mentioned in the post about beanie babies and whatever else it was, baseball cards do not allow someone to transfer billions of dollars of wealth across country borders for nearly pennies.

Now I am diving into the rabbit hole of site prep and septic/ water systems ti get this baby moving forward!

Most of the tourists in Tulum are millennials & generation X, not as many baby boomers, I own property without an elevator in Tulum so I know...

After all, NO ONE will watch my 'babies' like I will!
