There was actually already a law like this on the books in Oklahoma for years that had not been enforced for ages but could have been (it was poorly written as it said that that it did not apply to "Indians" born in the US,  I assume they meant native americans and not Indians from India).

Good thing about NJ is there're abundant of Indian grocery store just like in the bay, that would attract tech talent for sure.

Or wake up to the Smokies, the Montana Big Sky, Appalachians, Gulf Cost, Indian Ocean etc etc and live in leisurely peace while logging in to the office? 

The wholesalers text or telemarket they use Philippine call centers not Indian or Bangladesh .

But California is actually 4 times cheaper than folks that live in Denmark , Seoul , Bangkok , Mumbai or London ….just saying it is all relative in term of whose view :) lol
